La Mala Familia is a film from the guts of a community of which the filmmakers themselves are part. Their talent, combined with the need to share and give visibility to issues that do not exist in contemporary cinema.
It is a film that captures a reality of the city of Madrid, of Spain, of Europe, made with the affection and closeness that are fundamental for it to be an exercise of showing, of giving back, of being able to launch a reflection to the society that welcomes the film with enthusiasm but does not give the same treatment to its protagonists when they are in the street.
La Mala Familia" is produced by Tasio, Blur and Iconica & Birth, with the support of La incubadora de la ECAM, the Comunidad de Madrid, the Ayuntamiento de Madrid, IB3 TV and Netflix.
___The film will be released in theaters on May 5, 2023 in Spain and soon on Netflix.
